The official diet PDF on their website has not been updated since early 2020 and I have listed all available menu items as of March 2022. I did my best to verify all results and made some adjustments when it was necessary because some of the results on your website are clearly misprinted.

For example: The Spicy Ch'King Deluxe Sandwich lists 149g of fat per sandwich, which is incredibly high. Fortunately, their standard Spicy Ch'King sandwich is listed correctly, so I was able to adapt. I will update this post with the more accurate numbers as they are updated on the Burger King website!

If you're on a diet or just trying to stick to a healthy diet in general, fast food may not be high on your list.

But just because something isn't ideal doesn't make it bad.

I mean, a 100% grilled beef Whopper sounds like it's loaded with protein.

But at 670 calories and just 31g of protein, it's not the most impressive.Proteinquelle.

Remember that the nutrition of every burger includes seasonings. In most cases, this includes ketchup/mustard, but also mayonnaise for certain sandwiches, which can add up.

If you order a Double Whopper without mayonnaise, the calories are reduced to 750! When in doubt, skip the seasonings and add your own to completely control those extra calories.

Another great option is the Double Cheeseburger, which packs a total of 410 calories (slightly more than the Bacon Cheeseburger), but also packs 24g of protein.

Burger King's chicken fries are one of the most complete options on the menu. At 250 calories and 15g of protein, it might not be the highest protein source, but for what you get it's certainly solid.

Honestly, chicken fries are just chicken nuggets in the form of long fries, so the nutrition is very similar to chicken nuggets. Personally, the chicken fries taste great! For me, it's the perfect ratio between chicken and breading.

Unfortunately, as of this writing, Burger King has discontinued their salads. I hope they come back soon.

When it comes to garnishes, you need to keep in mind how much sauce you use for dipping. You might be up for medium-sized fries, which come in at around 500 calories, but digging through two sides of honey mustard sauce quickly adds an extra 200 calories to your meal.
