Great service, prices, environmentally managed and clean.
Service: Liz made you feel at home. It gave multiple unit size options with prices. He will work with you to find the unit size that best suits your storage needs. Price: Comparable to other locations on O'ahu. Environmental Management: The facility is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. Cleanliness: The facility is clean and well maintained. The storage unit I rented was clean. The facility is bug, insect and rodent free. There is a toilet for use by the renters of the storage units. The warehouse is closed. You create your own password to enter the storage facility and use the elevator. Carts available for storage tenants. The access window for the storage facility is from 5 am. until 12 a.m. 7 p.m. I recommend this storage company to everyone.

Such a great facility
Customer service was on point! The price was even better when I got there because for the size I rented they had a special offer for the first 3 months. I would definitely recommend this storage to friends and family.

Great customer service upon arrival
When I checked out of the facility at the Aiea location on April 14th, the two customer service representatives had apparently just finished with an irate and difficult customer. My sister and I didn't know it then. After a while, and after we agreed to buy a device, someone would apologize for that person's behavior, but you wouldn't have noticed it at all. I believe it was Jeremy (?) and Melveen who put the ordeal aside and made it a wonderful experience for my sister and me. Melveen showed us a nice device and we were very pleased! Mahalo again Melveen!

What size storage space do I need?

When choosing a size, think about how you will use the furniture: are you trying to fill it as much as possible, or do you need extra space to move around? Make sure you also leave a clear path on the back of the device for easy access to your items.
How tall are the storage units?
Storage units typically have a ceiling height of around 2.5 metres. Special units such as "storage cabinets" are about five feet or less. Vehicle storage units will have higher ceilings to accommodate RVs and boats. Call us if you need more help choosing the best unit size for your car, boat, motorcycle or RV!
Do I need air-conditioned storage?
Climate control is critical if you live in an extreme climate or a location prone to temperature fluctuations. Choose climate control if you store items such as leather furniture, antique wood, important documents, photos or electronics.
What is the minimum number of months I can rent?
Storage leases are usually month-to-month, so you're not committed to a fixed lease term. However, many facilities offer specials and discounts that require a minimum rental period to qualify (example: first month free with a minimum of two months). These terms are detailed above.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I just walk in and rent a space?
Most facilities welcome walk-ins and do not require reservations. However, as prices often fluctuate based on demand and availability, we recommend that you book in advance to secure accommodation and price before they change. What is climate control?
Climate control protects your equipment from extreme temperatures and protects your equipment from warping, melting and discoloration. Most facilities that offer climate control will keep your unit between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Do the storage units have power or outlets?
While electrical outlets are not common to most storage facilities, some facilities offer them for certain units. Storage units with outlets will be labeled "Electric Power" in the "Features/Amenities" section of this page.
