This is my second review for the same storage facility... The facility is nice, clean, easy to access and as difficult as it is, they have a good deal with the cockroach (cockroach) problem that is prevalent throughout Hawaii . I wish they wouldn't raise the prices so often and so high and pressure me to keep switching storage units so I can get a cheaper price online, but I guess that's just the way this company works. I have now changed storage units twice because the online price was much cheaper than what my inflated price had become. These decisions come from the top, but the local staff here are great and very helpful. For example, my rate has increased four times in two years, so an increase every six months. The first two rides were about $35 each so not terrible, but the last two rides were $86 each which is huge in my opinion. It actually doubled in price. Then I look online and can get the same unit for 2/3 the price. It's a rousing song and dance.

This is because we rent strictly month to month. We adjust our clients' rental rates every four to nine months to keep pace with the rising costs associated with providing first-class service and clean, safe facilities. I needed a short term storage unit to tidy up my house before putting it up for sale. The online process was simple and offered generous discounts. I also decided to visit the facility to make sure the unit I reserved online would meet my needs. I'm glad I did because I needed a bigger unit. The sales engineer, Caleb, was so helpful and showed me every size so I could make an informed decision. Finally, the facility is clean and safe inside and out with daily access to your unit.

????? I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect storage space for my needs and the process was smooth and efficient. The facility is clean, well maintained and feels very safe. I appreciate the 24/7 access to my unit which makes it easy to pick up items when I need them. In addition, the prices are competitive and reasonable, especially considering the high quality service and amenities they offer.
